Historic England have listed Heywood House as Grade II*, a category of national importance. Both its outdoor and indoor spaces were designed in such a way to be perfect as a venue hire for events and celebrations. These were enjoyed by many illustrious owners: from the Earls of Marlborough, the Earl of Danby and the Barons Ludlow, to the National Trust.

The heart of the original Jacobean manor, this space easily converts into a Conference Venue/Event Space, banquet or theatre style dining space. Total capacity for this 1,378 sq.ft. Hall is up to 120 people.
The Conservatory can be exclusively hired for events for up to 60 people, or, with outdoor space and marquees, for a larger corporate event.

Once a pit for washing the Baron’s coaches, this is now a unique space for conferences and entertaining up to 250 people. The Pit is level, with its own power and data points.
The 19th century Walled Garden is self-contained and unusually extensive. Perfect for performances and outdoor gatherings, with good access from the main car parks.
The newly restored Victorian Lake is a magical location for outdoor events and entertaining. It covers two acres with islands and has room for marquees.
Nestled between the lake and the Jacobean Mansion, it is the perfect setting for an event. It benefits from its proximity to the Topiary garden and car park.
13 acres of outdoor space, perfect for team building activities, with a 1 Km. running circuit round its perimeter and access into the Coach Pit and gardens.
